The trend of being a total dickhead and doing something horrendously stupid to upload to social media just so other stupid people will click their like button looks set to grow and grow with literally thousands of Jackass wannabes hurting themselves or putting their lives in danger daily.
One such hero is Rochdale’s very own Malcolm Richards, who now has almost 200 likes and a dozen shares of a video he posted where he eats the world’s hottest pepper, the Carolina Reaper.
The pepper which measures up to a whopping 2.2 million on the SHU (Scoville Heat Unit) sure proved nasty as Malcolm soon found out. With blood dripping from his eyeballs and half his tongue corroded away Malcolm can be seen at the end of his video being taken away by ambulance giving everyone the thumbs up.
But despite the sheer burning agony and loss of skin Malcolm isn’t down hearted, far from it, “Um ubsolutlee delited,” he struggled to tell us, “ma fwends thank um a legend.”
