A Rochdale man has spoken of his anger after his new blue passport cover turned out to be Prussian blue with gold lettering.
Cliff Edge had ordered the passport cover from the well known online store, Danube. He told the Herald, “I’m a patriotic Englishman. It’s been a dagger through my heart having a red passport. It was a unique form of enslavement, being able to pass through national borders freely without answering to anyone, but with a red passport and not a blue one.”
“Last year, when I voted for Brexit I did it because I wanted the noble British blue passport again. I knew that my heart would swell with pride at border controls aa a showed the guards my passport. They would see that and wave me through as all true inheritors of the legacy of Winston Churchill deserve.”
“But as the remoaner traitorous swine in the Government haven’t delivered blue passports yet I ordered a cover on line. I was so excited when it turned up I immediately took it to the pub. It was there that the landlord told me it was Prussian blue and gold.”
“Bloody Prussia! That proto-German abomination that started two world wars. No way Merkel. It’s basically the EU flag that I’ve bought. It’s obviously a plan to brainwash noble British people by the EUSSR. I looked at where it is made. It says China. That’s bollocks. It’s clearly made by Islamic State immigrants in Berlin with Chinese labels as a false flag. Well I’m not falling for it. I’m going to use it as kindling to burn my local Aldi down.”
