Keith Lambert sadly passed yesterday evening, after an horrific coughing fit which was brought on by the prospect of enduring a full hour of the 7pm BBC show.
After 6 minutes of dry retching Mr. Lambert sadly coughed up a lung followed closely by his heart as he frantically tried to get his Sky remote to work.
Speaking of the devastation, Mr. Lambert’s wife, Melissa, said;
“It was absolutely horrific! I’ve never seen anything like it, we usually switch it off as soon as that horrendous theme tune starts but the remote just wouldn’t work”.
Realising the magnitude of the situation, Mr. Lambert leapt into action by checking the middle draw in the kitchen but sadly there were no spare batteries, not even spent ones.
“He tried everything” Mrs. Lambert continued;
“Moving the batteries slightly to the left, slightly to the right, licking the ends and even swapping them around but nothing worked. Then the coughing and retching started when the guest was announced, it was that fat opera man from the GoCompare! ads. It was just too much for him in the end.”
