Ducks around the UK have confirmed that they are having a really lovely day and are enjoying the weather.
Speaking from the middle of a massive puddle in Rochdale Donald, a duck, told The Rochdale Herald that:
“This weather is perfect for ducks. Not too hot and not too cold and really wet. Pretty much everywhere is a pond right now.”
Everybody who isn’t an aquatic bird or a fish in the UK have confirmed that they aren’t enjoying today’s weather quite as much as the ducks.
“It’s absolutely pissing it down. I can see why ducks are so happy, the roads are basically rivers and everything else is a puddle. Duck paradise.” Steve Dickinson, 42 and a bit from Rochdale and not a duck told The Rochdale Herald.
The Met Office has confirmed that it will probably stop raining at some point. Probably.
