In a welcome development for table thumping foam merchants from the far right, all face coverings have been banned in Austria.

For years, members far right social media sites and other angry patriots have complained that Muslims receive special treatment when it comes to items of clothing that fully cover the face. Whilst EDL demonstrations have often featured men in masks complaining about how Muslims can wear Burkhas, the oft parroted lament of “it could be anyone under that burkha” has been spouted by balaclava wearing nutjobs and gentlemen sporting the ever popular bandana over the mouth look in full view of police and without being arrested.

Despite it being purely company policy on private premises, vein-popping bigots have screamed about the unfairness that the law forbids crash helmets in banks and petrol stations.

“I’m not racist but it should be same rules for all!”

“Ban the burkha simply for public safety. If I have to take off my crash helmet, she has to take off her burkha. I don’t care if the petrol station has been robbed half a dozen time by blokes wearing crash helmets, it’s the burkhas that make me uncomfortable.”

Well now, in Austria, their wish has been granted. No face coverings from the hairline to the bottom of the chin. This includes clown makeup, medical masks, Burkhas, balaclavas and, of course, skull masks, a firm favourite with far right hate groups across Europe.

So now, when the screaming psychopaths are next plodding through your town waving offensive placards and screaming abhorrent phrases, we’ll all be able to see who they are. Their neighbours, family, friends, work colleagues and customers will now be able to see who the bullying nutjobs were… at least in Austria.

Happy now lads? Good.
