A Brexit supporting patriotic billionaire is so confident that Brexit is good for business that he’s decided to move the headquarters of his business to Singapore.

“The move has nothing whatsoever to do with paying less tax.” A spokesman for the super patriotic formerly British business told The Rochdale Herald from his company Lear jet.

“I mean, yes, we will save a few dozen millions of pounds in corporation tax by moving to Singapore, but that had nothing whatsoever with the decision.”

“It’s purely coincidental that the decision to move to a country with a corporation tax rate of 17% has come eight weeks before we’re due to leave the European Union.”

“Obviously Brexit is a brilliant idea, and brilliant for Britain and great for British businesses. Probably.”

“The thing about vacuum cleaners is that they definitely need electricity, and Britain is only probably going to have any of it after March 29th.”
