The National Association of Massive Cunts filed a lawsuit in federal court Friday in an attempt to block a Florida law to make murderous psychopaths wait a few hours to buy their murder weapons.
“We filed a lawsuit against the state for violating the constitutional rights of the people most likely perpetrate crimes involving shooting large numbers of children.” said Marion Hammer, lobbyarse for the National Association of Massive Cunts in Florida.
NAMC lawyers in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C., were working on a motion to stop lawmakers from saving children from being murdered while learning to read on Friday.
Hammer had called the legislation “political eye-wash.”
The suit was filed about an hour after Governor Rick Scott signed the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Act into law.

“I’m an NAMC Member, and I was an NAMC member when I became governor. I’m going to be an NAMC member when I’m not governor,” Scott said at the bill signing. “I’m sure there are NAMC members that agree with this bill, some that don’t agree with this bill.”
The law requires potential school shooters, domestic terrorists and other murderous psychopaths to produce a photo ID and a mobile phone number before they can buy an AR15 assault rifle. They are also required to wait about five minutes for their murder weapons.
The lawsuit names state Attorney General Pam Bondi and Rick Swearingen, commissioner of the Florida Department of Law Enforcement. Scott’s office said he was reviewing the lawsuit.
The complaint says the new law prohibits murderous motherfuckers from lawfully purchasing a firearm of any kind.
“This blanket ban violates the fundamental rights of thousands of potential murderers in Florida who just want to constitutionally shoot a spouse, stranger or school child and is thus invalid under the Second and Fourteenth Amendments,” it says.
The complaint says the law particularly affects potential female murderers.
“Women shoot less people than men do in America. The NAMC is committed to equality and women should be allowed to shoot as many people as men do in the United States.”
The lawsuit focussed on statistics in a 2015 report that shows only 1.8% of those arrested for violent crime were women aged 18-21 bracket while men in that age group made up 8.7% of arrests for violent crime.
“Women are massively under-represented in murder and gun crime in America. Children should be free to be murdered by men or women in this country.”
“Obviously this law impinges on the constitutional rights of any lunatic who wants to murder a random stranger.”
