Property botherer and dreadful chef Martin Roberts has demanded a recount following his failure to be elected President of the Jungle in this year’s ‘I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here’.
Roberts, the celebrity born closest to Rochdale in this year’s group, said “I’ve seen the voting breakdown and something’s clearly wrong. I just didn’t get the numbers you would expect in property fixated areas like Hammersmith and Fulham, North East Somerset, Solihull and the Surrey Borders. If these areas had not been rigged by the system, I would have made the final. Then my effusive and genial personality would have carried me past that semi-Geordie muppet who ‘won'”.
The Rochdale Herald spoke to a member of Roberts’ projected demographic, who has just moved into a Victorian villa terrace in London W6. Products analyst Anton Decque (29) told the Herald;
“I simply didn’t have time to watch the show. I have half a mile of dado rail to chamfer.’
