After decades of ruling over Gambia, dictator Yahya Jammeh has recently lost an election to Adama Barrow who, amazingly, used to be a north London Argos security guard himself.
Jammeh, who’s full title was ‘His Excellency Sheikh Professor Doctor President’ and who promised to rule for ‘a billion years’, will be known simply as ‘staff’ if his application is successful. He is thought to have asked the new president for the Argos career’s office email address before leaving office.
President Barrow is already planning his new cabinet which include a former Aldi tiller for his equivalent Home Secretary, a former taxi driver for his Transport Secretary and an ex-calculator salesman for his new Chancellor.
