President Donald Trump landed in Germany Sunday morning to kick off the first leg of his 12-day trip to Europe.

Trump held a surprise press conference with reporters after landing in Berlin and delivered his now famous “Ich bin ein Binliner’ speech to both Angela Merkel and the world’s press at the foot of the steps of Air Force One.

“It was a really good speech and for the first time in a while I think we can all agree with Donald Trump. He is definitely ‘ein Binliner’.” Rees Muller from Der Spiegel told The Rochdale Herald.

“He got a round of applause from the press corps for that line. He looked very pleased with himself. I hope he uses it again.”

“I think it might have been the first time that Trump has said something true, at least since he said he ‘grabs them by the pussy’ of course.”
