A car dealership Mike’s Motors in Bolton said there were “lessons to be learned”after a careful and considerate driver was allowed to drive away with a BMW.
A spokesperson for Mike’s Motors said “we normally only allow utter bellends and total dickheads to buy a BMW but on this occasion we fell short of what was expected”.
There were a number of mistakes made when George Smith(51) bought the car,a new salesperson failed to raise the alarm after Smith asked where the indicator stalk was and a background check showing that Mr Smith had never been featured on Youtube on the popular “UkRoadtossers” was not noticed.
Mike himself said”I became worried when I saw Smith indicate and there was no unnecessary revving as he left the forecourt”.
