Meghan Markle’s mum, Doria Ragland is reported to be over the moon with the trip to Paris that the Duke of Edinburgh has given her.
One source told us, “The Duke wanted to give Meghan’s mum a gift to welcome her into the family. She’s said to be fond of Paris as is the Duke. So he gave her an all expenses paid trip there for June.”
It’s alleged that as part of the trip Doria will be staying at the Ritz hotel in Paris. She’ll then hit the sites.
The staffer told us, “The Duke has pulled out all the stops. He’s even hired a Mercedes Benz to take Doria on tour of Paris. She’ll be driven around Paris and see all the sites.”
“The Duke is said to have been very pleased with the plans. He repeatedly said how Paris is a magical place where great things happen. He was very effusive about the architecture of Paris. Particularly its underpasses.”
It’s rumoured that the trip will be a week long and in June.
