The city of Rochdale was left reeling and in shock once again today as internet trolls took it upon themselves to deface an iconic Rochdale landmark, the ‘Welcome To Rochdale’ sign near to Hopwood Hall College, by using digital photo manipulation technology.
Not much is know thus far about the online pranksters, other than that they probably used a computer programme such as the popular ‘Photoshop’ software that allows users to easily make a mockery of everything that locals find decent about their fine community.
