The Russian Government has urged all nations to refrain from interfering in its UK elections.

A spokesman told us, “We are very worried about other countries meddling in the UK elections. How can you trust the outcome of a vote of there has so obviously been meddling from foreign powers. That has always been our position all along. Ambassador Yakovenko told Nigel Farage this implicitly in 2013 during a meeting at the Russian embassy.”

A Government spokesman told us, “We agree. The Russians obviously gave Labour those plans we definitely don’t have to sell the NHS. There should be no foreign interference in this process. As Donald Trump will tell you during his next press conference.”

“By the way, if you vote for us Trump says he’ll give us a favourable trade deal. Well, favourable for him.”

Elsewhere Rupert Murdoch agreed. Britain’s longest serving Prime Minister said, “The UK elections should be for the UK electorate only. Foreigners should not be using their wealth and power to influence the election.”

We tried to get an interview with Nigel Farage about foreign interference in elections but he was on an all expenses paid trip to St Petersburg at the time.
