Tweed enthusiast, ex-professional footballer and all-round style councillor Paul Nuttall has revealed he was a trend setter even at the earliest age.

Nuttall, born on 30 November 1976, said yesterday “I bought ‘Never Mind The Bollocks, Here’s The Sex Pistols’ on its day of release. I was definitely the first person in the North West to own it because Liverpool HMV opened especially early and I was first in the queue.” At 29 days old, it is thought Nuttall was also the youngest person to purchase the iconic record on its first pressing.

Nuttall continued ‘”I was also technically present at the notorious Manchester Free Trade Hall gig as my Mum went while 4 months pregnant with me. I had a great chat with a young fellow called Stephen Morrissey.”
