A man wearing a suit borrowed from a hobo went on national radio yesterday to suggest people should only be allowed to earn a maximum amount of money.

He’ll of course be in charge of deciding what the maximum amount people should be allowed to earn will be.

“What do people need money for anyway? Provided you make enough to pay for your state issued boiler suit and a couple bowls of rolled oats a day. I just can’t see a use for the stuff.” He said.

Under the new system workers will either walk to work or take turns giving each other piggy backs while party leaders will commute in chauffeur driven limousines and helicopters.

One Southern Rail commuter asked “How is that different from now?”
