The chairman of the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) David Isaac made the comment earlier this week;

“Everyone is equal and all religions should be respected. Companies should honour all religious ceremonies and celebrations, as long as they’re Christian ones. Sometimes we can be too ‘equal’, fuck equality.” He said.

He paused.

He continued;

“Its political correctness gone mad. Some companies are terrified of having a bacon only menu. We’re in Britain for Christ’s sake and stop calling it ‘winter holidays’ it’s Christmas! Did you know, some companies are are even scared of having Christmas parties and secret Santas for fear of offending? It’s utter madness.”

To further equality in the work place, Mr. Isaac has also advised companies to have a mandatory reading of the Lords prayer twice a day.
